Hi friends,

 Today I am thinking about very common thing…. why we say always-OLD IS GOLD….we have many examples in our life…but one of the best our TV channel, now a days we watch TV 24 by 7 , But still thinking and unsatisfied…always feel-“kya yaar bore ho rahi hun kuch aa nahin raha hai TV main…”

But true fact, we have around 50 channels to watch and in our home theatre we have more than 100 channels….

Now a day’s TV channel Specializations

Sony – Suspense serial-Adalat, Khote sikkey,CID…

COLORS- Beti Special Offer-Is Desh na aana Laado, Uttran,Balika vadhu,Rishton se badi pratha

Star Plus- Ghar ka Drama!! Yeh Rishta kya kahelata hai, Pratigaya, gulal,sasural genda phool

Bindas-Abusive and Cheap language Classes-don’t wanna list them

But in old days Only One Channel Doordashan combination of all colors Comedy, drama, suspense and thrillers

Udaan, aarohan, circus, Hum Log, Byomkesh bakshi,karamchand,farmaan …can’t stop the list

I miss my time....25 minutes serial k liye  hum 1 week wait karte the….we watched TV with family ,neighbours…friends…now a days we have 100 channels and still feeling alone and have not much curiosity to watch next episode….kynki Trailer he pura episode hai…aur kya kya kya jaise word ko teen baar alag alag angel se dikhaya jata hai….

In old days. we had moral, practical attitude and no negativity in serial…..but in today’s world we have 90% negativity and rona dhona…..and practical level 0%

Well…time has changed …..Really Old is Gold!!

Sexuality Question!!

"Sexuality" is today's hot topic or we can say its topmost discussion for all...Today i have read an article about Gandhi-Gandhi was Bisexual...Well its none of our business what was his sexuality...and what he has done in his sex life ...better we should focus  what he has done for us...what are his good things for us...but still we always curious to know about his personal and sex life stories.....

Even i am also just like that...today i have read all the articles related to his personal life questions.....

Like Gandhi was Gay....Gandhi was womanizer....Gandhi did **some etc etc...i am asking you...U don't have desire??? U don't watch Porn ?? U don't wanna to experiment?? come on its very common in all of  us...but wont disclose it!!

I know many of my male and female friends who watch and try all above and always show they wont do it...like haaaaaaaaaaawww yeh kitna desparate hai...sala kamina bahot **** kinda hai...

Dear friends why you are thinking in that way....just chill and discuss it....every one have some perception and the way of thinking......just share and discuss it with open mind and express your point of view but again don't force it.....

What i feel, Sexuality doesn't matter....only matter the way you are expressing your love to your lover and your satisfaction....So pls stop all the GANDHI GIRI CRAP focus on other problems

Personally,I am totally against of Bisexual. I think if we would support it , then we have to support incest ,prepubescent etc also.what i think If gay marriage is legal then lesbian marriage is also legal...then other way of sex also legal.....

Bisexuality is just psychological problem!! This problem cannot be control but we can treat it, not by making laws and rules....

God made sex is very beautiful activity , so we should enjoy this god gift in correct manner....

In today's world we are very much open for Sex and what i feel its very good to have such kinda openness ....we should discuss it more and more and should give more support to control this bisexuality problem , we should share it with our parents , partner and friends....becoz  its against of our nature and its psychological problem  ...

But again it is not in our control..it can happen with anyone..even with me...you and with anyone....

Don't shy and let discuss it and share it....and treat it.....and its treatment only discussion and psychological treatment.

We have to open our thinking level and make the people more comfortable ..so that we can enjoy and live normal life....

I know its endless discussion but in this blog i just wanna aware and wanna give new beginning !!

Bad and Good Day game

Today is very Bad day for me.....I don't knw yaar whenever i would try to achieve my dream its always seize from my hand and every time i make up my mind , Its part of life and time problem.But today i am feeling very much low and thinking how long it would take ?? Every time i have to face the same failure again and again ??

You know , every day is combination of Bad and Good both.Its depends on our expectation.Today i got to know i m not getting release from my account its good for my manager but its very bad day for me .....i am fighting and trying very hard for On site ...and here in TCS i am doing fucking job of contractor!!

But I know one i'll achieve it and win the race , but i don't know when that day would come and when i'll feel my success???may be after sometime , success lost its taste and I wont enjoy it....and i don't wanna this kinda feelings with me.

I know if i would expect and think alot its gives me pain and make me down....but i am human and have some ambitious how can i stop thinking ???

BAD day GOOD day game is just like that...god always play such kinda game with all and today he has played with me :))

Well I hope if its today a BAD day then tomorrow will be a GOOD day for me and i will celebrate my success and patience level !!

Anger management

I know guys,you r thinking how gal like me suggest to control Anger and Some guys must me thinking , she is just doing cut copy paste her view :))).Well here , this time i am just sharing my experience and trying to help you guys..
Always remember one thing, others experience always give u beginning and small beginning gives u hope for 100% success.

Around 2 years back i was bit stubborn and somehow little bit arrogant gal.I had negative opinion and always believe why always with me. I know some guys are shocked how Alpa ??

I believe, this is only in your hand to make yourself !! Some bad experiences made me very much strong and gimme ample time to change my inner self. and some how i believe this always happened with time and experience and little homework.

Here i am defining homework,Homework is nothing its your efforts.

1. Anger biggest reason: Expectations!!
First low down your expectations.Don't focus on output or results, just do it and forget it.
when i expected from my friends and family ....then it gave me pain and sadness only.

If you wont expect , then no cause and effect will low down you....and anger would automatically control.

2. Actions: Pls remove your laziness and so much thinking attitude.

If you would do action, then all your negative energy would come out and filter your body....you know what action makes your body lighter and give you strength to fight.

If you think the same thing again and again it gives many negative thoughts...kabhi kabhi voh soch loge joh impossible hai!! pls take action and just do it

3. Mediation and Work out:
Its medical treatment. Work out and meditation always give Peace of mind.

4. Explore your Hobbies:
 do something related to your hobbies in daily routine , its always help you to make you happy :).

Augst 2010, I have joined one company as contractor thru TCS.
Well Interview went very good.....so kaam bhi too good mil gaya(Its my bad luck..i always give interview good aur kahete hain jis daal parr baitho usi ko kaato...)

So i have done mistake and suffered 7 months !!

But one thing i wanna tell you....In India quality of work cannot be good..because we Indian always ready to make IMPOSSIBLE to POSSIBLE

Means- To make best code to worst Code

Appraisal lesson for you guys

Hello frds…
I knw my dear friends now a days you are very much frustrated and waiting & expecting best from your so call Manager…..
But don’t worry its vidhi ka vidhaan hai
" joh kara hai uska phaal kabhi nahin paaya hai aur joh aaya hai voh sab moh maaya hai….!!"
Let me tell you one story, Hope next time you would be more happy and satisfied :))

There was once a washer man who had a donkey and a dog.
One night when the whole world was sleeping, a thief broke into the house, the washer man was fast asleep but the donkey and the dog were awake.
The dog decided not to bark since the master did not take good care of him and wanted to teach him a lesson.
The donkey got worried and said to the dog that if he doesn't bark, the donkey will have to do something himself. The dog did not change his mind and the donkey started braying loudly.
Hearing the donkey bray, the thief ran away, the master woke up and started beating the donkey for braying in the middle of the night for no reason.
Moral of the story "One must not engage in duties other than his own"

Now take a new look at the same story…
The washer man was a well educated man from a premier management institute.
He had the fundas of looking at the bigger picture and thinking out of the box. He was convinced that there must be some reason for the donkey to bray in the night.
He walked outside a little and did some fact finding, applied a bottom up approach, figured out from the ground realities that there was a thief who broke in and the donkey only wanted to alert him about it.
Looking at the donkey's extra initiative and going beyond the call of the duty, he rewarded him with lot of hay and other perks and became his favorite pet.
The dog's life didn't change much, except that now the donkey was more motivated in doing the dogs duties as well. In the annual appraisal the dog managed a " meets requirement" Soon the dog realized that the donkey is taking care of his duties and he can enjoy his life sleeping and lazing around.
The donkey was rated as "star performer". The donkey had to live up to his already high performance standards. Soon he was over burdened with work and always under pressure and now is looking for a job rotation…
If you have worked in a corporate environment, I am sure you have guessed the characters of the new story.
In short: " aapana kaam matt karna…..aapana kaam matt karna……
