Anger management

Hi,

I know guys,you r thinking how gal like me suggest to control Anger and Some guys must me thinking , she is just doing cut copy paste her view :))).Well here , this time i am just sharing my experience and trying to help you guys..
Always remember one thing, others experience always give u beginning and small beginning gives u hope for 100% success.

Around 2 years back i was bit stubborn and somehow little bit arrogant gal.I had negative opinion and always believe why always with me. I know some guys are shocked how Alpa ??

I believe, this is only in your hand to make yourself !! Some bad experiences made me very much strong and gimme ample time to change my inner self. and some how i believe this always happened with time and experience and little homework.

Here i am defining homework,Homework is nothing its your efforts.

1. Anger biggest reason: Expectations!!
First low down your expectations.Don't focus on output or results, just do it and forget it.
when i expected from my friends and family ....then it gave me pain and sadness only.

If you wont expect , then no cause and effect will low down you....and anger would automatically control.

2. Actions: Pls remove your laziness and so much thinking attitude.

If you would do action, then all your negative energy would come out and filter your body....you know what action makes your body lighter and give you strength to fight.

If you think the same thing again and again it gives many negative thoughts...kabhi kabhi voh soch loge joh impossible hai!! pls take action and just do it

3. Mediation and Work out:
Its medical treatment. Work out and meditation always give Peace of mind.

4. Explore your Hobbies:
 do something related to your hobbies in daily routine , its always help you to make you happy :).
